SHIPPING OVERVIEW

At 25HOURS, every piece takes time — from craft to delivery.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:
• Processing time is separate from shipping time.
• During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


SHIPPING ORIGIN

Orders are shipped from China, either directly or via an international transit hub, depending on destination and logistics availability.

This allows us to optimize delivery efficiency while reducing unnecessary handling and waste.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

From time to time, select items may be offered on a pre-order basis.
• Pre-order shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.
• In some cases, items may ship separately depending on availability and logistics arrangements.


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are shown in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
• Customs clearance
• Local carrier operations
• Weather conditions or peak shipping periods


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to become active.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders:
• Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.

Orders shipped within regions where duties are not applicable will not incur additional customs charges.

Customs delays may occur and cannot be influenced or expedited by 25HOURS or our shipping partners.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

25HOURS is not responsible for:
• Delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
• Additional shipping fees incurred due to address corrections or re-delivery requests

Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping charges to be resent.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.

25HOURS does not offer package protection or shipping insurance and cannot be held responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Carrier delays or operational errors
• Packages not collected within the carrier’s designated timeframe

We recommend monitoring tracking updates closely and contacting the carrier directly for delivery-related inquiries.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We aim to ship worldwide whenever possible.
However, delivery availability may be limited by customs regulations or carrier restrictions in certain regions.

If we are unable to ship to your selected destination, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our support team to discuss available options.

• United States: approximately 10–15 business days
• Oceania (Australia & New Zealand): approximately 5–7 business days
• Other international regions: approximately 5–7 business days
