- WHAT IS YOUR GENERAL RETURN POLICY?

At 25HOURS, we want you to feel confident wearing your jewelry — every day, not just on day one.

We accept returns for eligible items in new, unworn condition, with original packaging intact, including jewelry cards, pouches, and gift boxes.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Due to widely recognized hygiene and health considerations, earrings, studs, and other piercing jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or worn, even within the return window.

This policy applies to all pierced jewelry, as these items come into direct contact with the skin and cannot be resold once unsealed. We appreciate your understanding, as this measure is in place to protect the health and safety of all customers.


Please note:
If your order included a complimentary gift and your return causes the order value to fall below the qualifying threshold, the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

- HYGIENE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and piercing jewelry are not eligible for return if they have been worn or removed from their original sealed packaging.

This policy is strictly enforced to protect all customers.

- HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us
Email our customer care team at Whatsapp with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Wait for confirmation
Our team will confirm return eligibility and provide you with the correct return instructions and shipping address.
3. Ship your return
Once approved, please ship the item(s) back using a carrier of your choice.

- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as 25HOURS is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

Please note:
• Returns with unpaid customs duties or refused shipments cannot be accepted.
• Incorrectly addressed returns may result in delays or refusal.

- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–21 business days after we receive your return.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

- EXCHANGES

At this time, 25HOURS does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

- FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during special promotional periods (including, but not limited to, seasonal sales and limited-time events) are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless the item is defective.

- DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.
